South Wales Police - 999/101 Call Handler recruitment sessions

Our Public Service Centre and Positive Action Team are running several awareness sessions for our Police 999/101 Call Handler recruitment process.

These sessions will provide you with an overview of the role of the 999/101 Call Handler and department and give you an insight into what its like working within our Public Service Centre within South Wales Police.

You will also have the opportunity to ask questions you may have around the recruitment process.

The sessions will take place in Police Headquarters from 6pm – 8pm.

You will need to park in the visitor car park located at the front entrance off Cowbridge Road. A member of our team will meet you at the main gatehouse and accompany you to our Police Learning Centre where the upskill will take place.. You may also wish to bring pen, paper, water bottle etc.
