Force Communications Suite Call Handlers

Force Communications Call Handlers are highly trained and skilled, they deal with all emergency calls received through 999 and all non-emergency calls received via 101 and the Switchboard. In addition to recording incidents and giving advice, the call handlers are also responsible for recording crime in accordance with national standards. We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious applicants with a positive approach and good telephone manner with people. These posts are part time at 25 hours per week however please note the initial training is full time. This is detailed within the information pack.

Interviews = Welsh Language 2/11/20 & English Language 2/11/20
