Head of Strategy

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent is seeking a Head of Strategy to join our professional and innovative team.  We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to lead our implementation of the strategic priorities set out in the Police and Crime Plan.  The post holder will ensure an outcome focussed approach to performance monitoring. There will be a focus on building on our existing relationships with Gwent Police and a wide range of partners across all sectors. This is a key role and we are looking for applicants with a high level of partnership experience, who think strategically, and have an ability to communicate complex issues clearly.  This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to positive outcomes for our communities and victims of crime as well as influencing offender strategy.
