Resilience Station Enquiry Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Station Enquiry Office team as a Resilience based at Blackwood Police Station Monday - Friday 9-5pm. The role is first point of contact for Gwent Police so excellent customer service skills are essential when dealing with external and internal queries face to face, emails and on the telephone.  As a resilience the candidate will be required to cover other stations within the Gwent area, so a full driving licence is essential to utilise pool vehicles when travelling. The role involves the use of police computer systems, dealing with sensitive information and supporting members of the public. The candidate should have full understanding of GDPR when dealing with sensitive information. The role is very challenging and requires a person to work well under pressure.
