Job Title: Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Workforce Coordinator   

Salary: £35,233 - £39,942

Base: Police HQ, Bridgend

This exciting opportunity will include responsibility for:

• Developing, promoting, and advising on all aspects of internal workforce equality, diversity and inclusion matters and their impact on service delivery.
• Proactively developing and reviewing new and existing policies and procedures to support the objectives of the Chief Constable’s Delivery Plan, Joint Equality Plan, and all other EDI strategies and plans.
• Embedding a culture of providing a Welsh Language service across the organisation and monitoring compliance with the Welsh Language Standards.  
• Working alongside colleagues within the area of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion to improve internal stakeholder engagement and service delivery.

The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to MV/SC Vetting.
