PSSW Support Assistant

Police Sport South Wales are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, self motivated and customer focused individual to work alongside the Marketing and Finance Officer to drive participation in and membership of Police Sport South Wales and maintain the associated recording and reporting methods.  The individual will be involved in attending and/or setting up events eg Fresher’s Fair, award events, quarterly executive meetings etc, management of the Force Lottery, management of the sale of theatre tickets, maintenance of membership lists and membership fees. The successful applicant will also be required to update and maintain the PSSW social media presence on the internal and external websites and Facebook account. The right candidate will be able to inform the activities of Police Sport and to deputise for the Marketing, Finance and Support Officer when on leave etc.  This is an excellent opportunity to work flexibly within a small team and contribute to the force’s overarching wellbeing and people reward strategies.
