Bydd gofyn i ddeiliad y swydd:

Darparu Gwasanaeth Derbynfa ac Ymholiadau effeithiol yn y Gorsafoedd Heddlu perthnasol. Delio gydag ymholiadau cyffredinol gan y cyhoedd yn bersonol neu dros y ffôn. Cadw golwg ar fynedfa ac allanfa’r adeilad er mwyn sicrhau diogelwch.

Mae sgiliau Cymraeg Lefel 4 yn hanfodol ar gyfer y swydd hon. Cyfeiriwch at Bolisi Sgiliau Iaith Gymraeg Heddlu Gogledd Cymru am fanylion ynghylch y meini prawf perthnasol a’r ymrwymiadau dysgu yn ystod y cyfnod prawf.

Nodwch os gwelwch yn dda y bydd rhaid i’r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus ymrwymo i aros yn y swydd hon am 12 mis.

Fe gynhelir y cyfweliadau ar 12/02/2020 a 13/02/2020

Mae hon yn swydd llawn amser ond gwahoddir ceisiadau gan unigolion sydd â diddordeb mewn rhannu swydd. Ni chaniateir i Staff HGC sydd o fewn eu cyfnod prawf neu sydd wedi ymrwymo i aros yn eu swydd gyfredol am gyfnod penodol sydd heb ddod i ben eto ymgeisio am y swydd.

Nid yw’r rhai hynny sydd wedi ymgeisio am y swydd hon o fewn y 6 mis diwethaf ac sydd wedi bod yn aflwyddiannus yn gymwys i ymgeisio.

Caniateir i Swyddogion Gwirfoddol sydd wedi cyrraedd Statws Patrôl Annibynnol ac sydd wedi parhau i weithio isafswm nifer yr oriau dyletswydd wythnosol angenrheidiol (4 awr) ymgeisio am swyddi mewnol gwag staff yr heddlu.

Caniateir i staff asiantaeth sydd â dros 12 mis o wasanaeth parhaus (ar amser cyhoeddi’r hysbyseb) ymgeisio am y swydd wag hon.

RHYL POLICE STATION

Grade 5 (£23,235 - £25,380 pa)

Shift and Weekend Allowances Payable

37 hours per week

The post holder will be required to:

To maintain an effective Reception Service and Enquiry Counter at relevant Police Stations. To deal with general enquiries from the public, made personally or by telephone. To maintain secure control of entry to and exit from the building.

Level 4 Welsh language skills are essential for this post.

Please note the successful applicant(s) will be required to provide a 12 month commitment to this role.

Closing date: 03/02/2020

It is your responsibility to ensure that your Managers have sufficient time to complete the relevant section of the form, ensuring it reaches the SSF prior to the closing date. Applications submitted without this will not be processed.

Interviews will be held 12/02/2020 a 13/02/2020

This is a full time post however staff members interested in job share are welcome to apply. NWP Staff within a probationary period or who are subject to a time commitment in their current role which still applies are not permitted to apply.

Applicants that have previously applied for this role and have been unsuccessful within the last 6 months are not eligible to apply.

Special Officers who have achieved Independent Patrol Status and have continued to work the minimum number of duty hours per week (4 hours) may apply for internal police staff vacancies.

Current Agency Staff with more than 12 continuous months’ service (as at publication date of advert) are permitted to apply for this vacancy.
