North Wales Police is looking for an exceptional leader with passion, energy and drive to join the team as our Head of Human Resources. You will be joining on a permanent contract with the salary range of £51,252 - £54,660.

You will be responsible for the leadership and delivery of the HR element of our plans throughout North Wales Police. You will need to be proactive, with innovative problem-solving ideas at a strategic level; coupled with the willingness and enthusiasm to drive change and support your team throughout.

North Wales Police are a bilingual organisation and for this role, you’ll need to demonstrate Level 2 Spoken Welsh skills, which means you’re able to give and ask for personal details and basic information; to make simple requests and say a few phrases about yourself in Welsh.
