About the role of Executive Assistant to Chief Superintendent (OPAL)  

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of an Executive Assistant to assist the Chief Superintendent

The role is part time (15 hours per week) working under a two year fixed term contract.

The role of the Executive Assistant is a varied and interesting role in which you will be responsible for assisting our friendly the Team with the following duties:

  • Take meeting minutes, populate agendas etc.
  • Populate spreadsheets.
  • Extract information from reports and transfer to other reports / spreadsheets
  • Arrange meetings and manage calendars.
  • Manage timetables and logistics in terms of travel arrangements, access / parking etc.

 

The successful applicant will be proactive and willing to work on their own initiative.
