An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Performance Analyst in Performance & Analytics.

What you will be doing? 

  • To provide strategic analytical products to inform and direct senior decision makers throughout the Force. To interpret and
    analyse data, environmental scanning, research material, capability and capacity, and to identify areas of Force‐wide concern with a sound evidence base in order to drive strategic development and performance improvement. To design and develop products of a high standard for the management and reporting of Force‐wide performance to inform forward planning and to drive outstanding performance.
