Dyfed-Powys is seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, energetic, and focussed individual who has experience as a substantive Assistant Chief Constable or Deputy Chief Constable, to support the Chief Constable in leading the delivery of policing services for communities within the Dyfed Powys Police area.

You will ensure that a high standard of professionalism and integrity is maintained and be responsible for building a team that is motivated, committed, and equipped with the skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver high quality services and build public confidence.

Fixed Term up to 5 years

Salary £133,248 plus relocation and benefits
