Digital Media Investigator

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and committed individual with a passion for digital media and investigations to work within South Wales Police. The successful applicant will become part of an established network of Digital Media Investigators who have access to a wide range of resources in order to provide advice and assistance into investigations. Key to the success of the role will be the for the post holder to liaise with officers and staff offering advice and guidance, delivering presentations to groups across the South Wales Police area.

This is a first class opportunity to work as part of an established team dedicated to keeping the communities of South Wales safe.

Applicants must be prepared to undergo vetting to MV/SC Level.

Please be aware that if your current post is within the Public Service Centre, if you were employed after 1st February 2017 you must have completed 2 years’ tenured service before applying for any other roles.

This post is not suitable for job share/part time workers due to the type of work and the training requirements around the role.
