At South Wales Police we are offering an exciting opportunity for capable and passionate people, to join our team through our Fast Track Detective Programme.  Upon completion of initial Police training and after reaching key milestones you will take up a Trainee Investigator role before embarking on enhanced investigative training and specialist attachments to develop the investigative mind-set.

Following your registration we’ll invite you to a familiarisation session where you’ll be given an opportunity to gain an insight into the role of a Detective, learn more about the support available from Learning and Development Department, Workforce Representation Team and also Detectives who have recently been through the process.  Our Recruitment Team will also be available to discuss the application process and pre-employment stages.
