We have an exciting opportunity for 3 Communications and Marketing Interns to support our Basic Command Units across Cardiff, Mid Glamorgan and Swansea for a period of 12 months where you will be responsible for developing and promoting a comprehensive internal communications plan, working closely with Senior Management Teams and departments.

This unique opportunity will provide you with the invaluable experience of delivering engaging content internally and amongst local communities, this will include developing engaging content and good news stories, reporting on internal campaigns and organisational changes that effect the local workforce and develop new and innovative means of ensuring that the workforce feels engaged and valued.

The internship will commence in September 2023 and to be eligible you will be currently studying for a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or Media Studies or have graduated within the last 3 years. You will need to have excellent IT and communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines, you will have a good understanding of the current and future development within internal communications and a strong working knowledge of social media and digital platforms.
