About the team/Department you will be joining:
The Criminal Justice Support Unit – a small team currently based at Pontypridd Police Station comprising of 15 administrative assistants and one case reviewer supervised by one team leader.
About the role and your key responsibilities:
The role encompasses a variety of processes. We provide an administrative support service to the Force and its criminal justice partners, including Magistrates, Crown Courts and the Crown Prosecution Service where duties will also involve telephone enquiries and correspondence from defence solicitors.
What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role:
You will be an organised and flexible individual with attention to detail and excellent customer service skills with knowledge and experience of using Microsoft applications to a high standard.

This role is suitable for part time/job share workers due to operational requirements.
The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to RV Vetting.
